Does it ever feel like you finish one holiday and the next one is already here? As a mom, I feel that all the time. School dress-up days. Special events. Back-to-school activities. Then fall arrives, and it’s Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas—back to back to back. That busy calendar can also hold opportunities for a side hustle. I’m Angie Norris, and this is Side Hustle GPS. Today, we’re stopping in Main Street to explore Seasonal Promotional Materials. Businesses need reasons to stay connected with their customers. A new season, a holiday, or an upcoming event can give them something useful and timely to share. But someone has to plan it and create the materials. That could be you. Holiday graphics. Seasonal flyers. Special-offer signs. Emails. Social posts. You could help a business prepare those pieces instead of scrambling at the last minute. And the planning itself has value. What dates matter to their customers? How far ahead should they prepare? What products or services fit the occasion? You can organize those answers into a 30-, 60-, or 90-day calendar. Give each piece a purpose. An early announcement. A helpful idea. A reminder. The details someone needs to participate. I use seasonal ideas in my own content as an Amazon Influencer. I have a blog where I publish product collections—sometimes lists of 25 or 50 items—with my affiliate links. I use tools to help gather product information and work with a virtual assistant to help publish. That’s one way seasonal content fits into what I do. For a local business, the approach might be different. A restaurant could promote a seasonal menu. A salon could prepare holiday appointment reminders. A shop could create gift ideas for different customers. Make the season fit the business. They don’t need to post about every occasion. Choose the ones that make sense for their audience, and approach cultural or religious celebrations with understanding and care. AI can help brainstorm ideas, draft a calendar, and develop variations of the materials. Then check the details. Confirm dates for the correct year, especially events that move around. Verify any sale dates, prices, and offer terms with the business before publishing. Bring your personality to it. A thoughtful theme and a clear message can make the materials feel like they belong to that particular business. There are different ways to sell this service. You could create a custom package for one promotion. Or build reusable seasonal templates that businesses can purchase and adapt. Maybe you test a small pack at $27. Maybe you offer an annual collection or ongoing preparation for a client. The price needs to fit what’s included and the work involved. Repeat income comes from continuing to provide something people find useful. Your first money move? Choose one upcoming occasion and one type of business. Create a small sample pack: a promotional graphic, a short email, three social captions, and a suggested posting schedule. Show how the pieces work together. Then offer a clear package, with customization and printing priced separately if needed. So, what season could you help a business prepare for before the last-minute rush? Explore Seasonal Promotional Materials in Main Street at SideHustleGPS.com. Make the season your own. A little preparation now can give someone useful ways to connect when the next occasion arrives.
